1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zippy Scoop’s services, website, or scheduling system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Zippy Scoop reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.


2. Service Description

Zippy Scoop (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides:

  • Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly dog waste removal

  • One-time deep yard cleanups

  • Pet waste removal for homes, HOAs, rentals, acre properties, and commercial spaces

  • Haul-away and disposal of collected waste

Services are performed outdoors and require access to the customer’s yard.


3. Customer Responsibilities

To provide reliable service, customers agree to:

  1. Ensure yard access on the scheduled service day (unlocked gate, clear path).

  2. Control or secure dogs if they are aggressive, territorial, or pose a safety risk.

  3. Maintain safe yard conditions, free from hazards such as loose aggressive pets, debris, construction barriers, or dangerous items.

  4. Provide accurate service information, including number of dogs, yard size, and waste accumulation.

  5. Notify us of changes in dog count, access issues, gate code changes, or special instructions.

If access is blocked and we cannot complete service, the visit may still be billed.


4. Scheduling & Cancellations

4.1 Regular Service

Customers receive service on the same day each week unless otherwise arranged.

4.2 Missed Visits Due to Weather or Conditions

We work in most weather conditions.
However, service may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Severe storms

  • Dangerous heat advisories

  • Flooding

  • Lightning

  • Unsafe yard conditions

If a visit cannot be completed, we will attempt to reschedule, or we will resume on the next scheduled service day.

4.3 Customer Cancellations

To pause, change, or cancel service, notify us before your next scheduled service day.

We do not require long-term contracts, and customers may cancel at any time.


5. Billing & Payment

5.1 Recurring Service

Most weekly customers are billed automatically using a card on file. Charges typically occur:

  • At time of service for one time cleanup, or

  • Monthly (depending on plan)

5.2 One-Time Services

One-time cleans are billed the day of service.

5.3 Access Issues

If we arrive and cannot access the yard due to a locked gate, loose aggressive pets, or other obstructions, the visit may be charged in full.

5.4 Late Payments

Unpaid balances may result in paused service until payment is made.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Zippy Scoop offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.


7. Service Limitations

Zippy Scoop is not responsible for:

  • Waste that is hidden or inaccessible (dense bushes, debris, furniture, etc.)

  • Damage caused by pre-existing yard conditions

  • Adverse effects caused by chemical or natural hazards already in the yard

  • Dogs escaping due to faulty latches, defective gates, or customer-installed equipment

We do not guarantee removal of waste embedded in mud, tall grass, or heavy rock coverage.


8. Health and Safety

Technicians may decline service if:

  • A dog is aggressive or loose

  • The yard is unsafe

  • Weather conditions pose a danger

  • Hazardous materials are found

Customer safety, pet safety, and employee safety are our priority.


9. Waste Disposal

Waste is typically disposed of using the customers own trash receptacle.


10. Photos, Gate Codes & Customer Data

10.1 Photos

Before/after photos may be taken for:

  • Quality assurance

  • Technician training

  • Proof of service

Photos containing identifying customer information will not be publicly shared without permission.

10.2 Gate Codes

Gate codes are stored securely and used solely for service access.

10.3 Customer Data

We do not sell customer information.
Data is used only for scheduling, billing, communication, and service delivery.


11. Changes to Service

We may modify service frequency, pricing, or policies with reasonable notice. Customers will be informed via email, text, or website updates.


12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zippy Scoop is not liable for:

  • Injuries to pets or persons not caused by our negligence

  • Damage to property caused by unsafe yard conditions or customer equipment

  • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.


13. Termination of Service

Zippy Scoop may suspend or terminate service for:

  • Repeated access issues

  • Aggressive dogs

  • Unsafe yard conditions

  • Non-payment

Customers may also cancel anytime with no penalty.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
