How much does weekly service cost?

Pricing depends on the number of dogs and the size and condition of your yard, but most weekly customers pay between $14 and $19 per week. Larger yards or multi-dog homes may cost a little more. You will always receive a clear price up front before service starts.

How often do you come to clean the yard?

Most customers choose once-a-week service, which keeps the yard clean and odor-free for typical households. We also offer twice-weekly visits for homes with multiple dogs or heavy use, as well as one-time deep cleans for move-ins, move-outs and catch-up jobs.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have access to your yard through a gate, you do not need to be home. Our technicians quietly enter, scoop the entire yard, double-bag the waste, and secure the gate when they leave.

What if my dog is in the yard when you arrive?

Most friendly, non-aggressive dogs are not a problem and we are used to working around them. However, if your dog is territorial or does not do well with strangers, please keep them inside or in a separate area during your scheduled service window. If we do not feel it is safe to enter, we will contact you to reschedule.

What happens if my gate is locked or blocked?

If we cannot access your yard because of a locked gate, construction or another obstruction, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, the visit will roll to your next scheduled service according to our access policy. To avoid missed visits, please make sure your gate is unlocked and pathways are clear on your service day.

What do you do with the dog waste?

We scoop all visible waste from your yard, double-bag it, and haul it away with us unless you prefer it left in your trash bin. This keeps your yard and trash cans cleaner and helps reduce odor, flies and bacteria around your home.

Can you service gravel, rock, or artificial turf yards?

Yes. We regularly clean dog waste from desert rock, decomposed granite, artificial turf and traditional grass lawns. Our technicians work carefully so they do not damage your landscaping or turf infill while removing all visible waste.

Do you work in the rain, heat or extreme weather?

We operate year-round and are used to Arizona heat. Light rain usually does not affect service. For severe storms, lightning, flooding or dangerous heat advisories, we may delay or reschedule your visit for safety and will notify you if that happens.

How does billing and payment work?
